Terms and Conditions


NB - All personal information is private, for use only in relation to payment and comfort of guests. Private information is never given or sold to any third party. (It is destroyed on completion of the tour)

I will send you a prompt reply to your enquiry giving you availability and suggestions to suit your requirements.
I will require a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. Balance is payable on the day of the tour. (Payment options are listed below.)

Cash, Visa/MasterCard or Internet Banking:

Cancellation – Refund Policy
Cancellation within 14 days will receive a full refund.  Cancellation within 7 days will receive 50% refund, less any incurred costs associated with tour planning. 48 hours or less will not receive a refund.  (This is at my discretion)
At times it maybe be necessary to change or substitute activities for your safety or enjoyment.  This would only be done in situations or circumstances beyond my control. This will be discussed and agreed upon prior to departure.
I hold Transport, Tourism and Guiding Accreditations. I have all necessary insurances that these accreditations require, but I would suggest you consider taking travel insurance in the unlikely situation that you may need to make a claim.  My insurance will not cover the travelling component of your tour.
